Ingredients for 2-3 servings
1 cup of coconut milk
⅔ cup of rice flour
⅔ cup of fine oatmeal (gluten-free oatmeal for a gluten-free version)
2 tablespoons of foodstuffs (e.g., Maizena)
1 tablespoon apple cider
1.5 tsp of baking soda
1 pinch of salt
1.5 tbsp coconut sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
Coconut oil for frying

Preparation
Combine all the ingredients except the vinegar in a bowl. Finally, add the vinegar and stir briefly.
Put a pan with some coconut oil. Put the dough into the dough and fry golden brown on both sides.
Enjoy! We filled the pancakes with coconut yogurt and raspberries. They also taste very tasty with maple syrup and berries.

Preparation

Ingredients for 2 servings

100 g couscous
200ml boiling water
3 stems of parsley
coriander
Approx. Seeds of a ½ pomegranate
1 handful of baby pinat
2 small avocados
4 radishes
2 tablespoons oil
2 tbsp almonds, roughly chopped
Salt pepper
Optional: turmeric, cumin
Preparation
Add couscous to the boiling, salted water, simmer for 5-10 minutes, then cool.
Turmeric and cumin and coriander to taste
Peel and dice the avocado. Wash the radish and cut into thin slices.
Add pomegranate seeds, avocado curd, almonds, radishes, spinach and coriander and parsley to the couscous. Season, marinate with oil and taste.

Ingredients for 250 ml glass
250 frozen mixed berries
2 El Chia seeds
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ tsp cinnamon powder
1-2 tablespoons of coconut blossom sugar
Preparation
Boil in a small saucepan at low temperature for about 5-10 minutes. Stir frequently.
Add cinnamon, vanilla extract and coconut blossom sugar, mix well until the sugar has completely dissolved. Simmer for a further 5 minutes.
If necessary, purée the berries with a blender or blender. Otherwise only crush with a fork, who wants to have bits in the jam.
Then take the pot from the hearth and add the Chia seeds. Stir well and briefly stand for a further 5 minutes to allow the seeds to swell.
Then fill in a lockable glass, screw and allow to cool.
The jam is stored in the refrigerator for about 1-2 weeks.
